And after much messing about the site has been upgraded to Joomla 1.5 Stable.

Installed DOCman to manage a downloads section to hold Joomla extensions that I wrote to integrate with Zimbra. Also created a Zimbra Forums post at zimbra-success-stories to see if any Zimbra people would like have a look at my project. Embarassed

Created a Joomla User Plugin that will create a Zimbra account during Joomla User Registration. When Joomla Registration completes (this does take a while!) a message is displayed giving the new password for the Zimbra account. This can be changed by logging on to Zimbra and using the Preferences tab and clicking on the Change Password button in the Login Options section.

Created a Joomla PHP Module that uses a Zimbra PreAuth URL to pass the current Joomla logged on user as a Zimbra Logon bypassing the need to dual logon.
